Hatchet

I just finished a really good book called Hatchet by Gary Paulsen which had 195 pages.  This is a story of survival.  Brian is stranded in the woods after a plane crash.  All he has to survive is a hatchet.   Brian encounters a lot of different animals during his adventure.   This book kept me engaged because I liked the adventures and obstacles that Brian had to overcome.

    I really liked this book. In fourth grade we read it as a class and i was really engaged because you didn't know what was going to happen next. Whether it was a moose attack of booming trees!

    Same here Ms.S read it aloud to us and I really wanted to read it but... ALL of the copies were taken!!!!!
